Psalm 112:7-8
For the righteous is not afraid of bad news. His heart is firm, trusting in the Lord. His heart is steady; he will not be afraid, until he looks in triumph on his adversaries.

Psalm 37:1
Fret not yourself because of evildoers; be not envious of wrongdoers! For they will soon fade like the grass and wither like the green herb

37:8
Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.

Proverbs 31:25 (in describing the godly woman)
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at things to come (meaning she does not worry).

Luke 21:37-38
And every day he was teaching in the temple, but at night he went out and lodged on the mount called Olivet. And early in the morning all the people came to him in the temple to hear him.

Our Lord, as well, was wearied and tired I am sure. Jesus was spent and spilled out for us, literally. He identifies with the weary and strengthens us with His spirit.
